What is Ice? Ice is a new rewards programme developed by The Ice Organisation Ltd (Ice TM ) to reward consumers for buying sustainable products and services. The programme identifies companies offering environmentally best in class everyday products and services. Ice customers are rewarded generously with Ice credits when they purchase these products and services. 3

Ice – unique benefits to the customer Ice provides a number of benefits to the consumer, which in turn benefit the you by increasing your sales: Best value rewards programme Every Ice credit issued will be spent - for the benefit of the environment. No catches or minimum thresholds - combine Ice credits with cash or card payment to get a discount or pay in full. Double value - receive double Ice credits everytime you spend Ice (this is standard on all spend Ice transactions, to encourage frequent use). Collect and spend with the same partners - Collect and spend directly from the Ice partners website, over the telephone or in-store, with the same prices, special offers and stock availability - patent pending technology. One stop environmental shop – Ice filter the best in class environmental products to save the customer time and effort. Flexible sales process: online, telephone and in-store. 5
Ice – unique benefits to the Ice partner New Customers- Ice brings you new environmentally motivated customers who want to be rewarded for shopping locally. Increased exposure of the farm retail sector– Ice gives you a new marketing channel at no additional cost- you will receieve the benefits of multimedia PR and marketing activity. Customer reward – you only pay 2% commission on a successful purchase, a richer reward than most supermarkets. A Customer database- Every customer that signs up to Ice by picking up a leaflet in your retail outlet is logged and recorded by Ice. We will provide you with a copy of this database for your own marketing purposes. No Fee- There is no fee for you to join Ice, simply determine the best integration solution for your business. 6

Ice launch Ice launched live testing to family and friends on 1 st December 2009 with online and telephone sales channels. Consumer and trade PR launch activity starts summer of 2010. The retail (in-store) sales channel will be installed summer 2010, with Ice cards and all point of sale merchandise provided by Ice. Consumer brand marketing will be supported by a multi-channel marketing campaign in traditional and online media towards the end of 2010.
