4. Pre-Processing
First move the label files to the \\Nas-lrar-03\UEProdRealm\KVAT\PREPROC from \\nas-lrar-03\dcinput\kvat\Raw. Next create, in the PREPROC folder, a KVAT.EOF file to start the files pre-processing in UE2. After the Preproc package finishes look for Missing Art here: \\nas-lrar-03\UEProdRealm\KVAT\Preproc\PKG\KVAT_Tag_Preproc_PROD \Reports. If there isn’t any Missing art continue to process. If there is missing art; send an to John Cook, Chris Frensley, Dirk Potter, Micah Reeves, Brad Denman and don’t process until someone responds stating that the image is loaded.

5. Processing
When the pre-processing pkg is done it will create downback files and send them to the KVAT labels setup” KVAT_Labels”.
The KVAT downback packages will now be orange colored in UE2.
Select all the orange packages as if to Batch run them.
Right click and select WOMS Ticket Number. Enter the WOMS number that was created by the CSR for this run.
Next select all the orange packages that now have the new WOMS number next to them right click and select release. All packages will now process.
After the Labels packages have completed processing in UE2, the Postscript files and Splitouts will be moved, automatically, to Rails for sending to the Charlotte Filemover here: \\NAS-LRAR-01\rails\IMAGE-CHNC- A\filemover\KVAT\PS
Also the reports, Manifest and Splitout, will be ed to the KVAT distribution and can be verified in DCMails UE2AutoReports folder.

6. KVAT Signs and Strips
KVAT Signs processes automatically through automation. Contact Automation team if there are any issues.
There is a task on DCV-LRAR-02, “TerryAKVATSigns”, that runs every hour to move the Papersign 1080 and 2080 files to the CHNC Xeikon, \\fs-chnc- 01\Xeikon\Kvat, from the CHNC Filemover, \\image-chnc- a\filemover\CHNC\Filemover\KVAT\PS.
KVAT Strips files are received via the FTP Queue and deposited here: \\NAS-LRAR-03\dcinput\kvat\Strips. On DCV-LRAR-02 an Automate 9 task, “KVATStrips”, processes the strips files automatically. The task moves the files from the DCInput folder to \\Nas-lrar- 03\UEProdRealm\KVAT\IRunnablePreproc. When the “IRunnableKVAT_PROD” package is complete, the strips downback file is sent to \\Nas-lrar-03\UEProdRealm\KVAT\Strips for final processing. After the Strips package has completed processing in UE2, the PDF files will be moved, automatically, to Rails for sending to the New Century Filemover here: \\nas-lrar-01\rails\XEIKON-NCKS-01\NCKSprod\KVAT. Also the reports, Manifest and Splitout, will be ed to the KVATStrips distribution and can be verified in DCMails UE2AutoReports folder.
