4. Introduction:
INAPH (Information Network for Animal Productivity and Health) is an software developed by National Dairy Development Board, Anand Gujarat with Infosys in the Year Second version of the software launch in the Year Which is a National software for Animal Husbandry Department . Which help for making National Policies. This software useful for assessment of animal productivity and health status of the Livestock at national level.
GoI introduces NMBP (National Mission for Bovine Productivity) programme in the Year , which include the tagging of milch animals of the State , issue of health certificate and entries of these animals in the INAPH software.
There are 54 lakh milch animals in the Maharashtra State. The implementing agency is Maharashtra Livestock Development Board, Akola. Only 22 lakhs 12 digit unit identity tags and 4861 tag applicators ware procured. Out of these only 5 lakh animals were tagged and entries were taken under INAPH.

5. Objectives :
To complete the tagging of 54 lakh milch animals in the State.
To upload the information of animals on INAPH software.
To take the entries of the AI (Artificial Insemination), PD (Pregnancy Diagnosis), CB (Calves Born). It includes the data of the bull whose semen was used for AI.
To avoid further inbreeding in the cattle and buffaloes.
To evaluate the individual performance.
To generate the various type of report.
To find out the high pedigree animals .
Proper management of the feeding practices through use of Pashuposhan App.
To produce High Genetic Matrit (HGM) Bulls through Progeny Testing and Pedigree Selection Programme.
To provide Milk Testing and Disease Diagnosis facility to Farmers .
To provide information to user and farmers about timely update of data like PD(Pregnancy Diagnosis) after 2/3 months of AI and CB (Calf Born) after completion of pregnancy period.

Provision of Android base app for use of INAPH against the Desktop version
Every District Nodal officer should monitor the use of this software daily by creating whatt’s app group of block level officers i.e. Livestock Development officers (Extension), Assistant Commissioner of Veterinary Polyclinic, Taluka Mini Veterinary Policlinic, District Animal Husbandry Officer, District Deputy Commissioner, Regional Joint Commissioner and Nodal Officer of Commissionerate of Animal Husbandry.
To appreciate the user on the basis of the use of software.

7. Capacity Building
At present there are more than 60 ToT are trained through out the Maharashtra for application of the software in the State from every District.
Expected to delivered / organization of training programme at each block level to create the awareness of about the importance of use of the software.
Training should be organized at Commissionarte level for Regional Joint Commissioners for MIS report generation and evaluation of the Data.
All 7 Regional Joint Commissioners should organized the same training programme all District Animal Husbandry Officers and District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry of respective Region at their level.

Urgency of the project to be define to the end user of the INAHP software .
Usefulness of the software for the benefit of the farmers.
