3 TeamSite Interface This will be your new HOME interface. The navigation tabs are highlighted in blue, and sit at the top of the window Similar to the prior version of TeamSite, upon successfully signing in, you will also notice your name in the upper right hand corner of the window. If you wish to logout, the drop-down icon next to your name allows you to select that option.

4 TeamSite Dashboard Favorites - Much like Internet Explorer, Content Center Standard allows you to keep shortcuts to common pages or files via the My Favorites section. You have the option to “Bookmark” a page or file before or after you edit it. Once you’ve bookmarked a page as a favorite, you have the ability to copy, move or edit directly from the Favorites section. You are able to browse the pages of our Web site in two ways: 1. Folders – On the top of the page, you will see a blue link labeled “Folders.” This can be used to navigate through all the web pages as files and folders to get to their content When reviewing the pages as files and folders, you can at any point select a page and click on the Preview option to view the page as it looks on the regular website. Work In Progress - The Work in Progress section lists all of the edited pages a user owns. Once you’ve submitted a page to the Web Team to be published, you will see it listed in the Work in Progress section. Here you can also Submit, Edit, and Add to Favorites directly on the files from this section.

5 Navigate Web Content via Folders Navigation
When you click on the Folders Tab at the top of the window, you should see the Folders Pane (on the left-hand side) populate with all the files and folders related to our SSA Web content. Under Workarea, make sure you click on the drop-down and select alamedasocialservices1-org : SSA1

This is the virtual copy of AlamedaSocialServices staff site. Here you can navigate as you would the “real” Web site. The two indicators that you are viewing a virtual copy of the web are the following: The address in the address bar starts with The “Visual Preview Toolbar” layered over the page. We can use this tool to edit existing files or import new ones.

The visual preview toolbar allows us to import, edit, upload and perform many other features that can be found under the drop-down for More. You can copy, move, delete or rename a webpage. You can also add that particular page to your Favorites as shown in the illustration.
