Large Image slide Arrival & Departure procedure All arrivals should use the ‘Campers and Coaches’ entrance, unless agreed otherwise. Please note that the Manor House entrance is solely for the use of the Manor House, Group Room and Stable Block. Please go to reception if you need to collect any keys. Vehicles on site In the interest of health and safety we do not allow vehicles onto the camping fields. With discretion, we may allow vehicles with group equipment to unload closer to the pitch, this is weather permitting. Please check with our arrivals team before driving any vehicle on to any fields. Dogs Please note we do not allow dogs on site unless they are guide or assistance dogs. If they have a jacket / bib to show they are assistance dogs that would be preferable. Large Image slide Office Reception and Chalet Our reception is located next to the Manor House and is open 9-5pm, Monday – Friday. If you have any enquiries please call in and speak to one of the team. The Chalet is our main weekend and activities hub. Please see map if you are unsure where these are located. Activities If you have activities booked in, including self led activities, please meet at the Chalet for your instructor. Please note the weight limit is 16 stone for Zip Wires and 3G swing, and 14 stone for Tree Trek. Please note if you have activities booked at Pikes Pool you will need to meet at the Pikes Pool Chalet for your activities ( B60 1LJ – 1 mile from Blackwell Court ) First Aid Our staff are First Aid trained, however each group is responsible for providing first aid equipment and a leader with a relevant qualification for their group. © Copyright Showeet.com – Free PowerPoint Templates

Old clothes & shoes, no jeans, above swim kit, medication, no wellies or flip flops / slip ons Wash Kit & towel Don’t forget your toothbrush! ACTIVITIES – Please tie hair back and wear long sleeves for Archery. PS …..Lost property... Due to high levels of lost property, we recommend all items are clearly labelled with the young person’s group and name. Lost property is kept for two weeks then donated to a local charity
