New Functionality Is Chargeable
ALL customers on v10.0 regardless of support status are entitled to download v10d and use the same functionality they are currently licensed for with v10.0.  They can download v10d from the support site and use their v10.0 keys.
Customers WITH current support as of 10/10/2005; will receive 1- 10d CPS per BE Server and 1- 10d CPA per application agent (i.e. Ex, SQL, OR, OFO, etc…).
Customers NOT current on support as of 10/10/2005; must renew their support to be eligible for the CPA. Support will be retroactive to coincide with their expiration date. This follows the tech support policy noted in the VIP Terms and Conditions.
Customers who are not on v10.0 (i.e. 7.x, 8.x or 9.x) MUST BUY an upgrade to the new version.

This invitation includes an ID that enables you to visit the VERITAS Product Center and register to receive your update. You may then choose to download the product or request a media kit be mailed to you at no additional charge. The version 10d License keys needed to install the new version will available on the vLicense Key portal as you process this Update Invitation in the VERITAS Product Center.
For more information on the product changes in this release, as well as, the other new features not mentioned here please contact your local VERITAS Software Sales representative. Please continue to access and use Support for your VERITAS products as you have in the past. Support phone numbers and website links will also remain the same until further notice.
