2. Two ways to access Google Drive @ RIT
Type in your RIT username and include

Log in with your RIT credentials.

3. If its your first time accessing RIT GDrive

4. Create a folder or a file By right-clicking on the blank canvas

5. Right-click on a folder or a file and select “Share” in the menu

6. Click “Advanced” to get more options

Two options requires using Google Search Engine (not recommend)
Two options requires choosing your audience, either the world or RIT-only.

8. Grant access to specific individuals
Enter RIT or Gmail addresses of individuals you want to share with
Select access type and click “Send”
If you are sending to a non-RIT , click “Yes”
1. Invited individuals will receive an notification of the shared access.
