Facilitates warranty claims for bus body manufacturers & bus sub-components E.g. W/C lifts, A/C systems, Interlocks, etc. Can provide some technical assistance or connect customers to appropriate manufacturer technical resources Customer Direct to OEM (e.g. Ford, GM) for chassis related issues

11 Typical Warranty Procedure
Customer provides basic vehicle information: VIN and/or sub-component serial number Vehicle Mileage Principal concern & cause if known, estimate to repair CBS Warranty Team will file for pre-authorization with manufacturer CBS Warranty Team responds to customer with pre-authorization or recommended procedure if applicable Up to 48 hours turn around needed for answer Repair is made CBS Warranty Team files final claim for reimbursement
