Place on the inside of the portfolio as your first page.

5 Introductory Paragraph
Summarize your progress for the current nine weeks Write about how you are doing this nine weeks – good or bad

6 Three Supporting Paragraphs
Choose a category from the list or make up one of your own Each category must be different. You may not use more than one test or quiz each nine weeks Activities/assignments done in class are used as examples of supporting details

7 Possible Categories Best work Most challenging
