2 WHY The problem in today’s society is the lack of exercise due to the increase access of technology. Our students can now always be active and exercise with this new app called “Three Exercises” and it’s FREE

3 Three Exercises This app allows you to be productive and keep track of your exercises by using technology. It consist of 3 sets of three exercises that can easily be performed daily. There are different levels: easy, medium, and hard(modify if need to) The time of rest can also be changed.

4 The Exercises set 1 15 push ups Rest for 30 secs 40 crunches 15 squats

5 Set 2 5 push ups 30 sec rest 30 crunches 30 second rest 5 squats

6 Set 3 10 push ups 30 sec rest 20 crunches 10 squats
Then you are finished for the day.

7 After the workout It keeps track of your workout on a calendar and shows the days you missed and the days completed
