SHANARRI – 8 wellbeing indicators All education staff ask “what is getting in the way of this child’s wellbeing?” Common language – all services use this language and assessment Strategic plans are underpinned by GIRFEC.

Children and Young People (Scotland) Act Part 3 – Children’s Services Plans Every NHS Health Board and Council must produce a plan GIRFEC is at the centre of these plans

5 In Falkirk our plan has been known as the Integrated Children’s Services Plan 2017 – 2020.

14 PACE: Permanence & Care Excellence

15 Aim 1 – Review: Looked After at Home
Aim I By March 2020, 100% of children looked after on a CSO at home for more than 2 years, will have had a peer review . Aim 1 – Review: Looked After at Home

16 Aim 2 – Accommodated to Permanence Decision
By March 2020, 90% of looked after and accommodated children will have a recommendation for permanence with 26 weeks of becoming accommodated. Aim 2 – Accommodated to Permanence Decision Guidance: 26 wks

17 Aim 3: Decision to ADM (Part 1: decision to panel)
By March 2020, 90% of children with a recommendation for permanence , will be presented to the ADM within 14 weeks. Aim 3: Decision to ADM (Part 1: decision to panel) Guidance: 12 wks

18 Aim 3 (part 2 – panel to ADM)
By March 2020, 90% of children with a recommendation for permanence , will be presented to the ADM within 14 weeks. Aim 3 (part 2 – panel to ADM) Guidance: 2 wks

19 application to court lodged within 16 weeks.
Aim 4 By March 2020, 90% of children who have an ADM decision will have their application to court lodged within 16 weeks. Guidance: 16 wks
