Astrocytoma. Astrocytoma. (A) T1 weighted. (B) T1 weighted image with gadolinium demonstrates an ill defined heterogeneously enhancing mass (white arrows) extending over four segments. It is of high T2 signal (C) and (D) and is located eccentrically within the cord, displacing the cord posteriorly and to the left. There is no definite evidence of haemorrhage.
