(A) A 35 year old man with Wegener's granulomatosis. The chest radiograph demonstrates multiple, bilateral cavitating nodules and a left apical mass. (B) HRCT demonstrates a thick walled cavitating mass in the left upper lobe with spiculation and pleural tags (arrowheads).
