Presentation on theme: "Begin with an introduction of each person:"— Presentation transcript:

1 Begin with an introduction of each person:
When did you start Norwex? Why did you start Norwex? What keeps you excited about your business now? What do you love the MOST about your Norwex business? What is it that you would like to learn today, from the group or me?

2 Making your decision to join Norwex as a Consultant was probably based on a few things — things that were important to you. What was your number one reason to become part of Norwex? Discuss the importance of a WHY. What is your WHY? What will/does attaining your WHY do for you? How will you feel when you achieve your WHY? Ask the rest of the questions on this page of the booklet. Consider asking your group if they have ever thought about leadership with Norwex. Is becoming a Team Coordinator something they might think about?

3 Share this is a proven success formula based on real Consultants who enjoy and benefit from a consistent party business. Refer them back to their Success Promise. How many hours did they commit to a week? How many parties did that translate to? Then ask, “How many parties do you currently have booked in the next four weeks? How many more do you need?” What four dates can they party this month? Talk about calendar control and what works best for them and their families. Connect the number of parties to the income and how that would make a difference to them and their families. Finally, brainstorm different ideas, such as two in-home parties, one online (Sqweee), one on-the-go party, lunch hour work party, etc., and provide ideas to help get bookings. Examples: Party for the Planet, Healthy Home On-the-Go Demo, Savings Party (using the Savings Flyer), Coffee Shop Party, You, Me and 3 and theme party ideas.

4 If the group came with their F. R. A. N. K
If the group came with their F.R.A.N.K.I Lists filled out, skip this page until after reviewing “Get 2 Bookings” page. If not, brainstorm different groups and have them complete the list of names. Share you will be coming back to this list later to develop it further.

5 Discuss how often we hesitate to talk to people because we don’t know what to say. Then share how these three sentences are the perfect way to start a conversation. Examine how they can easily adapt their Power Statement to be both a Booking Power Statement and a Recruiting Power Statement. Role-play with someone using an example of either booking or recruiting. Have them write this out while emphasizing that shorter is better. Discuss when to use a Power Statement, such as at the opening of your party, when you meet someone new and they ask you what you do, or if you run into an old acquaintance and they ask you what you’ve been up to. Suggest they post it in their Power Statement in their office.

6 Brainstorm different reasons people book a party.
Turn back to the F.R.A.N.K.I. List. Put a heart ♥ next to anyone who would make a great Host. Finally, role-play with someone using the booking verbiage when calling the people on their list.

7 Ask each person to share a great reason why someone wants to be a Consultant.
Give specific verbiage on how to incorporate Recruiting Seeds and how to tailor these to their own unique personality and their stories. Go back to the F.R.A.N.K.I. List and put a star ★ next to the names of people that they would want to share this business with. (These may overlap with their booking choices and that’s okay.) Role-play with someone using specific verbiage when calling one or two of the people on their list. Let them know, when asked who they’d like to work alongside with selling Norwex, they were the first person who came to mind. Also, share their reason why they thought of them. As homework, suggest they watch our series of four training videos where we watch how Leader Kris Carlson walks you through how to use the Opportunity Brochure

8 Congratulate them on investing in themselves and taking this first step by attending this Career Coffee. Now it’s time for the next step—commitment to what they want to accomplish and when they want to accomplish it. • Using the Commitment page: Think of three to five people you are planning to reach out to in the next 48 hours. In one month, your goal to promote is: ______________________ . Establish accountability by committing to follow up date(s). Who will be your accountability partner? Name of your Leader: ________________________ . If they gave you specific names of who they will follow up with, challenge them to make those calls that evening and not to procrastinate. Consider offering a challenge to do a certain number of follow-up calls, and have them send you the information when completed. Suggest they take a picture of their completed page and send it to you. Give them your contact information and any upcoming meeting or event dates. Follow Up After Event: Send a thank you and your availability for follow up in an within 24 hours. Make a plan for when you will connect with them for follow up.
