2. General Conditions : Payment Arrival and departure time
This contract is only for the exclusive using of a bed and breakfast room at the following address Christophe and
Magali Angué, les Vignets, 8 rue Durand St Laurent sur Mer.
The clients could not stay after the expiration date of the rent forecasted in the contract excepted with owner
Acceptance.
The owner engages himself not to diffuse the personal information given for the contract. But his demand is not
Concerned by the demands from the legal body (administrations and courts)
The rent is nominative and cannot be transfer or sublet.
Payment
20 % (from total amount) as deposit as soon as the booking is done – Balance to be paid at arrival day
Other charge on additional service will be paid before leaving
Payment accepted by transfer, (bank charges and taxes will be paid by the client
No reimbursement will be done if the client arrival is late or if the departure is early.

Arrival and departure time
Arrival will be done between pm and 8.00 pm. If arrival is later than 8pm, thank you to contact us at the following

Using of the place
The client engages himself to use the place in compliance with its destination, with peace, conviviality respecting
The cohabitation with the owners and the other clients.
The client engages himself to leave the room in good condition, and not to smoke in the room or in the house.
Cancellation or Interruption from the customer
All the cancellation have to be done by written notification to the owner.
Cancellation 2 weeks before the arrival, the deposit will be kept by the owner
Cancellation between 2 weeks and the arrival date, the deposit will be kept by the owner and the balance could be
Requested by the owner.
If the client do not contact before 10 p.m. on the arrival date, the contract becomes invalid and the owner could use
The place and the deposit will be kept.
If the stay is shortened, the deposit and the balance will be asked by the owner.
Cancellation from the owner
Any cancellation from the owner will be done by written notification with reimbursement of the deposit.
Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of persons. If the number is exceeded, the owner can refuse
The additional guests
This refusal won’t be considered as a modification and break of the contract from the owner side.
Animals
Regarding home pet only dog and cat are accepted.
Insurance
The client is responsible for the damages made by him, he is invited to have his own insurance
The owner won’t be responsible for an accident on a child without care.
For any disagreement, which could not be solved amicably, only the district court or the local court from the rental
place is qualified.
