Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application and a deposit of $200.00 per person in cash/money order/check made payable to Hyde Park Travel must be received by November 1 st, 2006 in order to confirm reservation. Final payment will be due on December 1 st, 2006. Certain credit cards are acceptable for the final payment. Cancellations: A $100 per person cancellation fee applies if canceled prior to December 1st. Cancellations made after December 1 st, 2006 are subject to a $200 per person cancellation penalty. Package is non-refundable and non-changeable after December 28 th, 2006. Airline tickets are non-refundable once ticketed on January 10 th, 2007.
