Epic Performances Training Guide
This guide provides a high level agent overview of our incentive program.

What is Epic Performances?
Epic Performances is the new incentive program at Travelers. Launched in 2007, this program offers agents the ability to easily claim their policies each week during their contest, without using log sheets. Participants receive bonus points for enrolling in the program, which are redeemable for a vast array of brand-name merchandise, gift cards, travel and more. Who should participate in Epic Performances? Anyone who writes business for the agency Producers Customer Service Representatives Personal Lines Managers

How does Epic Performances Work?
It’s easy to participate. Here’s how it works: Visit Self register by clicking on the “New User” button and get 1,200 points for signing up! Each week, review and claim your policies located on the “My Policies” tab. Redeem your points for any of the items in our rewards catalog. With over 3,000 fabulous rewards, you are sure to find something you and your loved ones will enjoy.

Epic Performances If you’re a first time user, you can self register by clicking on the “New User” button.

Agent: Registration You’ll need your producer code to register.
Choose a username and password that’s easy to remember, but only you know. Social Security… Site is protected…

Agent: Registration, Continued
Select the producer codes you write business with. Once you’ve registered, you will never need to register again, this is a one-time process.

Agent: Login Login using the username and password you entered during the registration process.

Agent: Home-page The home-page displays your current point balance, as well as general information about Epic Performances.

Agent: Contest Rules Contest flyers can be found on the “Contest Details” tab. The flyers contain the campaign guidelines and rules, which can be printed or saved. Contest flyers are only available in the “Contest Details” section when there’s a contest running in your state. Your Sales Executive will notify you when there’s a contest available. X,XXX

Agent: Policy Assignment
Visit “My Policies” tab to view and claim your policies. Assign your policies by clicking the “Assign it!” button, next to each policy. Once a policy is claimed the points never expire.

Agent: Account Summary
Once you’ve claimed a policy it is converted to points and immediately deposited in your account. Track your claimed policies and redeemed awards through the “Account Summary” tab.

Agent: Catalog The Epic Performances catalog includes over 3,000! awards to choose from. Search the catalog by category, keyword or point value. Add awards to your catalog “Wish List” by clicking on the Wish List button at the top of the page.

FAQ’s How to do I enroll a new agency in the New Appointment contest?
Once logged into Epic, click on the “Reports” tab, select “Update an Agency” and enter in the eligible producer code. Next, input the contest start date into the “Enrollment Date” field and click “Update” – Please keep in mind you cannot back date a contest. Once enrolled, the agency will be participate in a 2 month contest from the start date you select. How can I order additional Epic materials? You can order additional Epic Performances sales kits through Ariba located on the Start homepage. Below are the individual kit items available for reorder. (PL Sell Sheet, PL Catalog, PL Folder) Can I enroll one agency in a sales contest? Yes, we have the ability to enroll individual producer codes into a contest. How often do we send agency policy information to Epic? Weekly, the auto and property policy activity files are sent to the Epic vendor each Monday. Policies are available for participants to claim each Tuesday morning.
