8. Ordering & Planning Order Processes & Planning Details
No changes to existing policies for the applicable fixture families; these are simply new options
Fixtures are made to order with five day order-to-ship lead times
Exception: 347V & 480V BLC48 products with the OS and OSD options can be expected to have up to a 4 week lead time
MOQ is 5pc, shipping from L20
Exceptions: STRP424 & STRP448 have MOQs of 25pc
No changes to existing freight policy
These will be treated as luminaire products
