Further Details Staff from school will attend – this will be decided in the Spring Term. Same company to host previous Year 6 residentials Travel will be by coach Accommodation will be in dormitories (of different sizes) with separate bathrooms Boys and girls will be separate Children will choose up to three people they would like to share a room with and be in a group with – we will guarantee they are with at least one of these.

50 acres of adventure and recreational facilities set in the grounds of a former manor house.

Facilities Outdoor: Extensive ropes park with a multitude of apparatus including a triple zipwire, 3G swing and double fan descender Indoor: Indoor swimming pool complex for all weather activities and sports, plus a Blu-ray cinema and an impressive 25,000 square foot sports hall Gift shop: Our on-site shops sell snacks and drinks, as well as postcards, souvenirs, games and mementos Other facilities: Diner, shop, chill out areas, party leader lounges, separate kitchen allowing for specific faith groups’ catering needs to be met, and a spacious and well-equipped learning zone NEW! We’ve spent the past year building a brand new lake and we're pleased to announce we can offer watersports at Grosvenor Hall. Outdoor watersports activities now include raft building and canoeing.

The Centre Totally enclosed and secure site
All activities take place on the site Trained centre staff and first aid Centre staff on duty 24 hours a day ALL food needs can be met, as long as we are informed of them in advance

Activities Range of activities to cater for all preferences
They offer a range of challenge Help to develop: perseverance, resilience, team work and communication Could include: Climbing, zipwire, 3G swing, swimming, canoeing, laser quest, bush craft (fire and shelter building), problem solving, disco etc.

Food Canteen Three freshly prepared, healthy buffet style meals each day Hot an cold meals, salad bar and plenty of water available at all times All food allergies/choices can be catered for in advance – if we know about them Well-balanced, variety of food No additional food will be available to buy

Rooms • All residential dormitories are warm, comfortable and 100% secure • Girls and boys sleep in separate areas and teachers’ rooms are located close by to allow for plenty of close supervision • All bedding is provided at the centre - one of the very first tasks for all students is making up their own beds! • Separate showers and toilet facilities are available for girls and boys Rooms at the Grosvenor Hall centre are gender separated and range from twins to 8-bed dormitories.

Costs £165 Initial £50 deposit (non refundable) by 11th July 2019.
Payment plan to spread the cost Payments to be completed before 20th March 2020. After 7th February, any payments will be non-refundable. Talk to us if the cost is going to prevent your child from attending; we can potentially offer support Only additional costs: £5 spending money if you wish Practical clothes if the children don’t already have them

What to Pack PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT CLOTHES ARE NAMED Old clothes
Layers of clothing Several pairs of old shoes Children are required to have long sleeves for all activities.

What to do in advance Return the booking form and £50 deposit by 11th July 2019. Make regular payments - online Complete the Medical form (sent out at a later date). Inform us of food issues Source the right clothing – old clothing and lots of layers are best NAME everything! Especially coats and shoes Insurance – it is included in the price If your child is unwell, and can’t attend you will need to obtain a Drs. Letter and pursue an insurance claim yourself.
