3. What’s New?
RN to BSN applicants are being reviewed on an on-going basis
No Separate Nursing Application – must apply to UCF by Undergraduate Admissions deadline
Must the RN License and be in correct Pending Track (AS NURSPND or RN NURSPND)
New Statewide Concurrent BSN Program
Available to any student enrolled in an ASN program at any Florida public institution
No Financial Aid Available for UCF courses

4. Pre-License Student Process
Apply to Undergraduate Admissions or Registrar 3 months prior to Nursing application deadline
Submit all test scores and transcripts to Admissions or Registrar
Apply to Nursing Program during specific window
Submit TEAS scores by Nursing application deadline
Receive Nursing admission decision in 6-8 weeks
Do background check and fingerprinting within 7 days of conditional admission
Register for appropriate orientation

5. Florida College System Concurrent
Apply after completing first semester of articulated AS in Nursing program
Complete all 8 of UCF’s nursing prerequisites
Apply to Undergraduate Admissions at least 3 months before the BSN application deadline.
Complete the online application to the College of Nursing.
Admissions decisions will not be made until after the application cycle ends. This process may take up to 4-6 weeks.

6. RN-BSN Student Process
Apply to Undergraduate Admissions or Registrar 3 months prior to Nursing application deadline – make sure to be in in correct RN NURSPND major
Submit all test scores and transcripts to Admissions or Registrar
RN license to
Nursing will run an ongoing query and students who meet all minimums will be auto-admitted
Auto s will go out to students when they are admitted or fail to meet minimums
Register for online orientation
Get plan of study approved by advisor
