Bringing this target group together with students, parents, personnel of institutions (chefs, therapists, paramedical staff), firms and SOB.
For the most vulnerable people in terms of nutrition and movement
They have a choice of flavors in adapted food
Each visitor also enjoy the meals -> roles are reversed
