Loosely structured, including short, targeted exercises and scheduled breaks
Words written ranged from 390 to 4,602 with a mean of 2,187
Total number of words written during the day was 43,741
New writing habits: regular scheduling of writing time, planning the writing, taking breaks, and free writing
