1 ARTICLE II ESTABLISHES EXECUTIVE BRANCH, SPECIFY POWERS/RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRESIDENT

2 PRESIDENT TERM: 4 YEARS AGE: 35 YEARS CITIZEN: NATURAL BORN
RESIDENT: 14 YEARS

3 22nd Amendment Sets a limit on the number of times a person is eligible for election to the office of President of the United States Sets additional eligibility conditions for presidents who succeed to the unexpired terms of their predecessors

4 25th Amendment Gives power to the Vice President if the President is unable to perform his duties. If the President dies or leaves office, the Vice President becomes President and chooses a new Vice President. The candidate must be approved by Congress. (majority vote of both houses)

5 LINE OF SUCCESSION The presidential line of succession defines who may become or act as President of the United States upon the incapacity, death, resignation, or removal from office of a sitting president or a president-elect. This is a list of the current presidential line of succession, as specified by the Presidential Succession Act of 1947
