Two-time winner of the Newberry Medal.

Meaning: Visionary or ideally perfect state of society, whose members live the best possible life.
From the Greek words ou (no or not), and topos (place), as the name for the ideal state.
Refers to various ways in which people think about and attempt to create a perfect society.
Conflict: respect for individual freedom and need to maintain order.
