4. Attendance
During STAAR & AP Exams, many students leave with a PARENT note after an exam.
THESE ABSENSES COUNT AGAINST YOU!!!

5. Grades Please turn in your work. 
Take care of your ACP and/or Online courses NOW, not LATER!
If you are failing a class that you need for graduation, you may not graduate and will need to attend Summer School to earn your credits.

6. Senior Checklist By May 25: All Chromebooks turned into Technology
All Library books turned into the Library
All textbooks turned into AC324
If you have any of the above items checked out to you on June 3, you will not receive your diploma at the graduation ceremony.

7. $$$$ Fines Pay them ASAP!!
If you do not attend prom, all fines must be paid before Graduation.
If you still have fines on June 3, you will be able to walk at graduation; however, you will NOT receive your diploma until your balance is $0!

8. Senior Events Prom – May 11, 2019 Royal Awards - May 24th
Senior Walk – at the conclusion of Royal Awards
Senior Picnic – Cannon Park (across from Hawaiian Falls)
Senior Sunset – May 29, 6:30pm at Bobcat Stadium
Graduation Practice – Friday, May 31 at 8:40am in the PAC
Graduation Monday, June 3 at 6:00pm at University of North Texas

9. PROM 2019 Omni Hotel, Fort Worth May 11, 7:30-11:30pm

Valet Parking $18-Hand the nice person a $20 and call it good 
ALL students must have an ID (school or driver’s license)…Dates too!!
If a student’s date information has changed (taking someone other than the person named at the time the ticket was purchased), you must see Mrs. Granger (AC335) by Thursday, May 9th. Any person not on the list of names will not be admitted to prom!

10. Royal Awards May 24th at 9:00am
Report to the PAC no later than 8:30am!!
Business Professional - no strapless dresses; use the NISD dress code as a guide!
We will line up in the PAC and walk into the gym at 9:00am.
Senior Walk will begin immediately at the conclusion of Royal Awards.

11. Class Marshal Election
Class Marshals-Voting ends Monday, May 6th @ Noon
The two teachers with the most votes will be named as Class Marshals, and will lead the class in behind the Top 10

12. Graduation Practice Friday, May 31 Report to the PAC at 8:30am
DO NOT BE LATE!!!
Practice should conclude
around 10:30am.
You will be released at the conclusion of practice.

14. Cap and Gown
There are still several students that who have not ordered a cap/gown package.
You must have a cap and gown to participate in the graduation ceremony.

15. Graduation Procedures
No cell phones or other personal belongings!
Enter through the West Tunnel-no regalia on!
No hangers!!
Students will be allowed to enter the west tunnel at beginning at 4:15pm.
Upon entering the West Tunnel, you will be wanded, then receive your name card.
After you receive your card, proceed to the holding area, where you will put your regalia on.
No Cell Phones!
Always follow your line leader!!!
PLEASE behave yourself on stage!!!

16. Graduation Guidelines
No Cell Phones or electronics of any kind.
No Personal Belongings-leave everything with your family or in your car. Any personal belongings brought into the holding area, will be donated.

After the ceremony concludes, you will not be able to enter the holding area.
We will not hold any cell phones for students. DO NOT bring your cell phone or personal belongings of any kind. Car keys are the ONLY exception!

17. Graduation The University of North Texas does not allow the following:
No Decorations On Your Caps--This includes, but is not limited to: glitter, stickers or foam letters!
No Air Horns or noisemakers of any kind!
No Beach Balls!
No Silly String!
Please do NOT throw your diplomas into the air. You may not get yours back and we do not have additional copies.

21. Graduation Cords Cords have arrived!
Please see Mrs. Miller in the front office at the following times: before or after school, and during lunches only.
If you ordered cords, you must pick up your order by Friday, May 17th.
Any extra cords will be available to purchase beginning Monday, May 20th – exact cash or check only!
Each cord is $10, exact cash or check only

22. REMINDER!! All scholarship offers and military enlistment papers are due today by 4:30. No exceptions!
