ASB Senior Activities  Senior Week: June 6-10  **You will be required to check in for attendance purposes each day  Monday, June 6 – Last day of Senior Finals & Senior Check Out for those with outstanding fees/fines;  Senior BBQ/Karaoke (5 - 8pm)  Tuesday, June 7 – Disneyland (8am – 10pm)  Wednesday, June 8 – Senior Rollerskate Night (4 - 6pm)  Thursday, June 9 – Senior Breakfast & Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal (12:30 PM in the outdoor amphitheater)  Friday, June 10 – Graduation (gather @ noon; 1:30 ceremony)  For details, visit the ASB Website: www.ccasb.com www.ccasb.com

5. Senior Song and Gift  There will be an unofficial Facebook poll to get Senior Song and Gift ideas. After, there will be a survey where all seniors can vote.  Facebook Group Name “CCA Class of 2016”

6. Senior Expectations  We expect that you will...  Follow all school rules for the remainder of the year and at all upcoming senior events.  Check in with teachers and counselors to ensure that all of your graduation requirements are met.  Pay all overdue balances, fines, etc. in order to be able to receive your diploma.  Submit official transcripts for any off campus class to the CCA Registrar before May 27 for it to appear on your high school transcript.

7. Transcript Requests Final transcript requests forms were passed out today or should be picked up at the Registrar's office. Forms, along with your addressed envelope may be returned beginning next Wed., May 4. Deadline: Monday, June 6

8. Senior Check Out Information  Senior finals are Friday, June 3 & Monday, June 6. These are regular full school days and all seniors should plan to attend school on these days.  Seniors with outstanding fees/fines and those who have not completed the Naviance Survey will be required to go through a check-out process in order to participate in Senior Week/Graduations  Senior Survey in Naviance will be open later today! complete it now to save time!

9.  These seniors will be notified and can pick-up their forms from the Counseling Office on June 2 & 3  If you are responsible for completing the check out form you will be notified.  Only obtain signatures from the offices where fines are listed  Completed forms must be submitted to the registrar on Monday, June 6.  This is also the deadline for final transcript requests.

10. CCA Graduation Rehearsal Information  Mandatory Rehearsal  Thursday, June 9 at 12:30 p.m. Meet in the CCA Amphitheater (following the Senior Breakfast)  Ms. Mortensen will give instructions for the graduation rehearsal- Do not be late!  Be sure to listen attentively!  After rehearsal, you will be able to pick up your cap & gown as well as any cords you may have earned.

11. Cap/Gown Information  Didn’t order a cap/gown? Contact Herff-Jones: (619) 440-5426.  Call immediately if you have not already done so  Purchase Option = $28 (allows you to keep cap/gown & decorate cap)  Loaner Option = Free (however, may NOT decorate cap, etc.)  If you plan on using loaner cap/gown, keep in mind you will be returning immediately following ceremony  Consider family pics. on Thursday

12. CCA Graduation Ceremony Information  Graduation Day Friday, June 10 at 1:30 p.m.  Seniors need to report to the CCA Amphitheater by 12:00!!! Please don’t be late; we will depart for the field promptly at 1:00 pm.  Arrive wearing your cap & gown. Please leave belongings such as bags and purses at home or with family.  This year’s graduation will be on the turf field. NO High Heel Shoes will be permitted!  Parking will be limited- get a ride if possible!

CCA Graduation Ceremony Information  You represent CCA, please be sure your behavior is respectful & appropriate.  For more graduation information, see the school website.  After the ceremony, you pick up your diploma from your counselor at one of the stations behind the gym. It will only be released to you.  Those who were issued a loaner cap/gown will return it a separate table
