Respect Respect is a way of treating or thinking about something or someone. have due regard for someone's feelings, wishes, or rights. synonyms: show consideration for, show regard for, take into consideration, take into account, make allowances for,, observe, pay heed/attention to, bear in mind, be mindful of, remember.

Respect “It means valuing each others points of views. It means being open to being wrong. It means accepting people as they are. It means being polite and kind always, because being kind to people is not negotiable. It means not dissing people because they're different to you. It means not gossiping about people or spreading lies.”

Cooperative Task Create a poster explaining why respecting other’s beliefs is so important. These will be shown to the other classes in the school before some lessons so your work must be clear and easily understood. Over the next couple of weeks we are going to look at what Christians believe and then we are going to look at what personally you believe. In all of these lessons, respect has to be shown to others.
