The sweeper was stripped of its outer body and main components, cleaned thoroughly and sanded down ready for repainting

The electric motor was thoroughly checked and it was decided that only a few bearings needed replacing. This was refitted.
The body has been primed and repainted with a blue top coat

A new flashing light assembly was fitted at the customer’s request
The rear cowling was primered, repainted and refitted to the machine

The battery box was refitted as well at the vacuum fan, bearings and a drive belt replaced

The electrics and wiring was checked and refitted without any repairs or replacement parts needed

Seat and battery with it’s housing unit fitted
(Batteries are usually replaced as standard)
