3 The Accommodation Children in rooms of 2 to 6 people.
Staff rooms spread throughout. accommodation – girls and boys separate. Buffet-style meals – European choices Choice of breakfast options. Vegetarian options. Packed lunches provided. Bring water bottle or extra juice cartons. Range of sports facilities available including table tennis, pool, aeroball, basketball, tennis, football, archery etc.

4 Valuables and Pocket Money
STRICTLY no electronics allowed (cheap digital cameras OK – at own risk!) Maximum £12 pocket money (in coins), plus £3 for first day. Send money in to school on Wednesday 19th June from 8:30am – given to Mrs Clarkson / Mrs Smith. ‘Bank’ will be open each morning for children to withdraw money for the day. Children are responsible for the money they have taken out during the day.

5 Luggage It would be a good idea to pack the bag with your child.
Label EVERYTHING! List of suggested items in your pack. Separate rucksack for daily use. Black sack for wet/dirty items. The owners will not send on any items left at Harrow House!

6 Activities Monday: Leave at Children to wait at the front of the school. Packed lunch required & £3. Moors Valley Country Park. Tree top walk, play trails, lunch etc. Children allocated rooms on arrival. Dinner – 6pm Walk to beach/evening activities.

8 Activities Tuesday Brownsea Island – all day (one workshop)
Table tennis/archery/aeroball at Harrow House – led by Harrow House Dinner Walk to beach/evening activities.

10 Activities Wednesday Steam Train to Corfe Castle – am
Shops in Swanage - pm Team building activities (dome) led by Harrow House staff Dinner Walk to beach/evening activities.

11 Activities Thursday Coach to Lulworth Cove
Walk around Durdle Door with guide and Geology talk Geology & Geography workshops at Heritage Centre – all linked to Summer Topic Visit gift shops Dinner Talent Show!

12 Activities Friday Breakfast & load coach Monkey World
Return to Oakfield 4pm approximately - TBC Please collect medication from Mrs Smith /Clarkson.

13 Next Steps… Medicines Send in any medicines on day of departure (clearly labelled, to Mrs Smith for boys and to Mrs Clarkson for the girls) Please ensure you have completed a consent/dosage form. Any travel sickness tablets need to be given before departure and if needed throughout the trip – again passed and labelled to Mrs Smith/Mrs Clarkson. Inhalers are the child’s own responsibility and must be accessible.

14 Next Steps… Check through kit list (emailed with powerpoint slides)
Itinerary, consent and medical forms will be ed with powerpoint. Send in MAXIMUM of £12 in coins on Wednesday 19th June. Shop bought biscuits given to Mr Myers the day we leave or the week before. Consent and medical forms to be returned after half term. Final payment (£40) as soon as possible. Due 3rd May. Please reiterate messages from school about appropriate behaviour – Thank you!
