To get ready for Camp… We need forms… Registration to Terri Long Media Release Consent and Disclosure Consent to Search Space 101 – 3 Forms for Scuba Thank you for allowing me time on your agenda today! Overview of what the camps include: Teambuilding, relationships, college campus, project for ½ high school credit, new experiences

5 Campers overnight in shared rooms at the Hutchinson Community College Dorms. These are within walking distance and there are camp counselors as well as a dorm parent staying there as well. Bring: ***Toiletries – toothbrush/paste, soap, shampoo, towel, shower shoes (opt) *** Sleeping – sleeping bag or blankets, pillow *** Entertainment – books, card games *** Phone charger – phones are allowed *** Clothes – no laundry – shorts, jeans, swimsuit (Space + only), sleepwear, closed –toe shoes (must wear during camp activities), jacket *** Medications – in prescription bottles, labeled, over the counter is okay (all meds are collected at check-in by counselors)

What to Expect Arrive and Check In – 10:30 to 11:15 at the Dorms, find rooms, meet roommates Meet Counselors and Directors Get started! A blend of lecture Hands-on activities Breaks Entertainment Get to see the Museum Play outside (basketball and frisbee) Play inside (card and board games) Down time (able to call home, showers) Visit with friends Thank you for allowing me time on your agenda today! 7 Two counselors also work with the Migrant Office and are selected because they have the right skills and background to connect with the campers. Other counselors are prior campers or aerospace, engineering, or education majors. Directors have past experience working with students and most with our camps.
