Filter:  All reports

3. Find:  SLL Report Card Jacket Labels
Clone the report

4. It will open for you to give it a name and then save it.
Close the report

5. Here are the Ranges.
Click on Fields to see Fields.
For any other report, you would be able to Add/Delete Fields by clicking that button…

7. Label fields/layout:
Student Full Name
HR RM teacher and GR
School
UDF School Year

8. With the report highlighted in the list of reports
Click on Information Labels in the lower right hand corner

9. Click Add
Name the template

10. Choose the line
Choose the field
Continue to do this until the label looks right
Click Print (see below)

11. Click Print (see below)

12. 1. Click on My Print Queue in the upper right corner of your window.
2. Click on the Information Label report that you most recently tried to run, so that it is the highlighted report.
3. Click on View. You should see your labels on the screen.

3. Click on View. You should see your labels on the screen.

15. 4. Click on the Print Icon in the upper left corner, or if available, click on File > Print from your menu bar.

16. 5. When your print options screen comes up, please verify that Page Scaling is set to None, and Auto-Rotate and Center is not checked.
6. If you updated those two settings to None and not-checked, then go ahead and try printing them again.
IMPORTANT NOTE:  Be sure to change the Page Scaling back to Shrink to Printable Area and select Auto-Rotate and Center for other print jobs or they will come out wrong.
