Recreational - U9 & U10 7v7 soccer at all levels at U9 and U10
7 or 8 game season Interleague with HRSA teams 4 home and 4 away games Practice twice a week Mixture of players from previous teams Typically the more social player Volunteer coaches Additional training opportunities (FNA)

Academy – U9 & U10 Focus on the development of individual skills – make each player technically better More emphasis on decision making at U10 (tactical) This program is designed for players that want more from soccer than the recreational program provides Staff training sessions from licensed, professional staff coaches They have passion and enjoy the game of soccer Committed to improve their skills

Academy – U9 & U10 Year long developmental program for coaches as well as players Teams practice twice a week but can practice a third time if they want to U9 teams practice Tuesday & Thursday U10 teams practice Monday & Wednesday Practice at Cherry Knolls or Community Park Practices are 75 minutes long, typically Boys: pm and Girls: pm Roster size between 9 – 12 players

Dedicated GK training at Cherry Knolls U9 League, all games at Cherry Knolls U10 Interleague with HRSA, 4 home and 4 away games Volunteer coaches, head and assistant coach 7 or 8 game season

Interested in playing competitive soccer Most popular/participated program at U9 & U10 Official Academy training T-Shirt included in registration fee Practices start the week of August 19 First game Saturday, September 7

Nike Academy Program Expansion of our current Academy program. Designed to meet the expanding needs and demands of the parents, players and game Program based vs. Team based Teams will play in CSA Front Range League Players are identified and encouraged to play in this league under the direction of the programs DOC Player Attributes: Above average ability, soccer as a priority sport, dedicated, committed, wants to play with similar ability players – not friends

Nike Academy Program Teams will practice 3 times a week at Southbridge (primarily) Boys early ( ) Girls late ( ) U9 Teams – Tuesday/Thursday plus choice U10 Teams – Monday/Wednesday plus choice (typically Friday) Staff assigned coaches Teams participate in a minimum of 4 tournaments each year, pre and post season Year round soccer program, winter training once a week for 8 weeks, summer pick up

Nike Academy Program Players may practice in teams, groups or pods. This is dependent on how many players are accepted into the Nike Academy program Wants to play competitive soccer Select teams may be formed periodically for select tournaments Developing vs. winning Birth year program!

Nike Academy Program Players can move between programs based upon their desire, development (up and down), commitment and availability U9 ID Practices – Monday, May 13 & Tuesday, May 14 U10 ID Practices – Wednesday, May 15 & Thursday, May 16 All players must register to be eligible Boys: 4.30 – Cherry Knolls Girls: 6.00 – Cherry Knolls Nike Academy Camp: July 29 - August 1

Academy & Nike Uniform There is a specific uniform that is required for the program – “Colorado United Academy uniform” 2010 Academy & Nike Academy players can wear existing uniform 2 shirts, 2 pairs of socks and 1 shirt Approximate cost is $85.00 Available from Soccer Stop

Closing Developing players for life
Want to keep players within the game of soccer – Rec, Academy or Nike Academy Recreational – Enjoys playing soccer but it may not be their priority sport/activity Academy – Really like soccer, designed for players that want more from the game of soccer Nike Academy – Loves soccer, above average ability, priority sport inside of the seasons, committed to improve

Closing Pricing 2018/19 Cost of current Recreational program - $285 for Fall and Spring, $170 for a single season Cost of current Academy program - $525 for Fall and Spring, $315 for a single season Cost of Nike Academy program is $1,100 for the Fall and Spring Players are encouraged to register for both seasons

Closing There will be a payment plan option for Academy and Nike Academy players registering for both seasons Registration due to open approximately May 14 Returning player deadline, June 25 Questions?
