Our services include employee surveys, 360 surveys, customer surveys, focus groups and action planning Our key points of difference are: Exceptional service Flexible solutions for different needs and budgets Grounded in ongoing research We grew out of a research project at Macquarie University, and since 2002 we’ve delivered surveys to more than 3 million employees and customers

We’re expanding our office by 40% at Macquarie Park to cope with our ongoing growth We’ve evolved and shortened our Voice Engagement Survey, reducing the length by 35%, slightly expanding its scope to cover contemporary workplace challenges, strengthened our process for annual updates to our all-industries benchmarks, while maintaining its high predictive validity Delivered the Risk Culture Survey to several financial institutions, partnering with Prof Elizabeth Sheedy in the Department of Applied Finance at Macquarie University

9 presenters Today, we’ll hear from St John NSW on their impressive change journey Sarah Lance (CEO) Vanessa Lorford-Mills (GM of Performance & Culture) Sarah Lance, CEO Sarah is a CEO and independent Non-Executive Director. Her past experience spans entrepreneurial-start up conference companies to Post Graduate, Vocational Education and Training organisations both corporate and not-for-profit in Australia, the USA and New Zealand. In her current role as CEO of St John Ambulance NSW, Sarah leads a dedicated team of 200 employees and an extraordinary group of 3,500 volunteers across NSW. Vanessa Lorford-Mills, General Manager of Performance and Culture Vanessa is an experienced people and culture leader with strong commercial acumen and customer experience across the retail, commercial, professional services and for purpose organisations across Australia and New Zealand. As the GM People, Performance & Culture at St John NSW Vanessa leads the People & Culture Team, Member Support Services, Peer Support and Chaplaincy Teams that provides support for volunteers and staff members across NSW.
