What to Expect
Review board will include 3-5 participants
Reviewer backgrounds may include CS401/411 faculty, industry Program Managers, industry IT professionals
Reviewers will be given access to your team websites two-days prior to the presentation date (i.e. 17 March – the latest version of presentation must be posted and all website information must be current by that date)
Timeline for each team total ~50 minutes: ~25-30 mins to setup/present, ~20-25 minutes for Q&A
The entire team should be available – preferably in person if you live in Hampton Roads. Team members not present should participate via webex and have microphone and camera.
Teams need to have slides to provide as handouts (black and white is acceptable).

Finalize Team member presenters
Practice and critique – update presentation and adjust approach as appropriate to make it flow – make sure to review it in “presentation” mode
Refer to the grading rubric – make sure you address every graded point
Presenters need to know the key messages they want to get across – you need to be able to complete the entire presentation in ~ 25 minutes (30 max, no less than 20)
Engage Instructor to help refine/critique – 3 “sessions” recommended (late this week/weekend, mid next week, final run through 15 or 16 March)
