Budget Prep Dates Budgets will be released mid-May Budgets will be due to the Budget Office on June 18 th Budget will be finalized and presented to the administration mid July Budget will be presented to the Board on August 5-6 Budget Reductions LAR also being prepared this Summer for the 2012- 2013 biennium.

3. What you can do now? Update security Go to the TEAM application and verify that security is set for Budget Prep. Organization Managers have the ability to do this. Run a report in the TEAM application to see who currently has security set up.

7. Training Enhancements are being made to the Budget Prep System. An updated User Guide will be posted on the Budget Office website Training has not be set up yet This group will be notified of any training opportunity
