3. What is a force? Push or pull on an object.
When an object exerts a push or pull on something else then one object exerts a force on the second object.
Like velocity force is described by it's strength and direction.

4. How do you measure force?
Newtons.
Direction and strength are represented by arrows.
Combination of forces are called a NET force.
The net force determines whether an object moves or not.

Can cause an object to start moving, stop moving or changes direction.
Result in a net force and cause a change in the object's motion.
Balanced
Do not change the object's motion.
Equal force in opposite directions.
