9. When you see a fraction in an equation:
A fraction is also a form of division
Any time you see a fraction, it represents a number. Sometimes, it is a whole number, but usually it represents a number with a decimal.
To find the number divide the numerator by the denominator (Divide the top number by the bottom)
For example: 20/5 means 20 ÷ 5
So, 20/5 = 4
