3 KEY TO SAP ACRONYMS SA = Scheduling Agreement GR = Goods Receipt DD = Delivery Date SDD = Statistical Delivery Date Qty = Quantity DT = Date Tolerance QT = Quantity Tolerance in ZZLIB_START Master Data SL = Schedule Line YTD = Calendar Year to Date CS = Camoplast Solideal © Camso 2019 :60

4 QUANTITY RELIABILITY RULES NA
Quantity Reliability Scores are pulled from ACS vendor evaluation solution: SAP table ZZLIB_LIEFBEUR (Tcode ZZLIB_START) with Monthly Summation and are based on GRs against POs and SAs. POs: If GR Qty = (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 100. If GR Qty </> (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 1. SAs: If GR Qty = (Oldest Qty Released +/- QT*), score is 100. If GR Posting Date </> (Oldest Qty Released +/- QT*), score is 1. *POs and SAs: QTs may be set per Plant only for goods received by weight or length. No QTs are permitted for goods received by PC. Access to set and maintain QTs is assigned to only one User per Plant. © Camso 2019 :60

5 DATE RELIABILITY RULES NA
Date Reliability Scores are pulled from ACS vendor evaluation solution: SAP table ZZLIB_LIEFBEUR (Tcode ZZLIB_START) with Monthly Summation and are based on GRs against POs and SAs. POs: If GR Posting Date = (SDD +/- DT*), score is 100. If GR Posting Date </> (SDD +/- DT*), score is 1. SAs: Deliveries are evaluated per the sequence in the DS. If GR Posting Date = (Oldest open DD +/- DT*), score is 100. If GR Posting Date </> (Oldest open DD +/- DT*), score is 1. *POs and SAs: DTs are not permitted (configured DT = 0 days) Access to set and maintain DTs is assigned to only one User per Plant. © Camso 2019 :60

6 AGGREGATION OF MULTIPLE GRs FOR DATE AND QUANTITY RELIABILITY NA SAP T-CODE: ZZLIB_START / TABLE: ZZLIB_LIEFBEUR By Default: Multiple GRs delivered for the same SL on the same day are aggregated as one GR. Only the latest good receipt is displayed and evaluated in the vendor evaluation. Older entries are suppressed in the report. Clicking the “Deactivate GR-aggregation” button at the top of the detailed report removes the aggregation to show a score for each delivery. This mode is not used for the Monthly Summation or Combined Score. © Camso 2019 :60

7 QUALITY CONFORMANCE RULES NA SAP T-CODE: ZPURHISTO / tables EKBE/EKPO/EKKO
Data is collected from Return Pos (PO type = ZB) in SAP. Calculation is manual and based on a rolling 6-month period: 100 x [1 – (Qty Returned during the past 6 months / Qty Received during the same 6-month period)] © Camso 2019 :60

8 CLAIMS NA SAP T-CODE: ZPURHISTO / tables EKBE/EKPO/EKKO
The same method is used for POs and SAs. Value is the sum of all Return PO (PO type = ZB) Amounts for the past 6 months. Results are converted to USD using exchange rate from BI yearly budget © Camso 2019 :60

9 QUANTITY RELIABILITY RULES ASIA
Quantity Reliability Scores are pulled from SAP standard vendor evaluation component (not ACS like in North America). There is a Monthly Summation and results are based on GRs against POs. Table ZMM051_DATA (Tcode ZMM051) If GR Qty = (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 100. If GR Qty </> (PO Qty +/- QT*), score is 1. QTs may be set per Plant only for goods received by weight or length. No QTs are permitted for goods received by PC. Access to set and maintain QTs is assigned to only one User per Plant © Camso 2019 :60

10 DATE RELIABILITY RULES ASIA
Quantity Reliability Scores are pulled from SAP standard vendor evaluation component (not ACS like in North America). There is a Monthly Summation and results are based on GRs against POs. Table ZMM051_DATA (Tcode ZMM051) If GR Posting Date = (SDD +/- DT*), score is 100. If GR Posting Date </> (SDD +/- DT*), score is 1. *DTs are not permitted (configured DT = 0 days). 12 AGGREGATION OF MULTIPLE GRs FOR DATE AND QUANTITY RELIABILITY ASIA SAP T-CODE: ZMM051 / TABLE: ZMM051_DATA By Default: Multiple GRs delivered for the same SL are aggregated as one GR. Only the latest good receipt is displayed and evaluated in the vendor evaluation. Older entries are suppressed in the report. © Camso 2019 :60

13 QUALITY CONFORMANCE RULES LOADSTAR SAP T-CODE: MCVB / table S163
Data is collected from Quality Management information system All plants except Korea, China and Vietnam are selected (plant = 6120, 6130, 6140, 7000, 7010, CSVN) Calculation is based on a rolling 6-month period: 100 x [1 – (Number of samples rejected during the past 6 months / Number of received samples during the same 6-month period)] © Camso 2019 :60

14 QUALITY CONFORMANCE RULES CSRP SAP T-CODE: QA33 / tables QALS
Data is collected from Quality management inspection lots All inspection lots from CSRP, Shanghai and Vietnam (plant = 7000, 7010, CSVN) with a usage decision are selected. Korea plants are out of scope Calculation is based on a rolling 6-month period: 100 x [1 – (Qty Returned during the past 6 months / Qty Received during the same 6-month period)] © Camso 2019 :60

15 CLAIMS LOADSTAR Excel File
The data is collected from a CSV file that is created manually every month Value is the sum of claims value from the file Results are converted to USD using exchange rate from BI yearly budget © Camso 2019 :60

16 CLAIMS CSRP SAP T-CODE: ZPURHISTO / tables EKBE/EKPO/EKKO
Value is the sum of all Return PO Amounts (PO type = ZR02) for the past 6 months. Only purchase organization 7000 is selected Results are converted to USD using exchange rate from BI yearly budget Note : at the moment, no ZR02 documents exist in purchase organization 7000, so the result is 0 USD. © Camso 2019 :60

17 COMBINED SCORE – NA and Asia
The same method is used for POs and SAs. Quantity Reliability and Date Reliability results are reported as a rolling average of the each month’s scores over the past 6 months. Quality Conformance results are reported as a rolling average of the total returns / total receipts over the past 6 months. (Quantity + Date + Quality)/3 = COMBINED SCORE © Camso 2019 :60

18 MONTHLY REPORTING Each month the following is reported in the Monthly Report and distributed to key internal stakeholders, based on results from the previous six (6) months: Monthly average Date and Quantity scores per supplier, plant, BU, and globally Six-month rolling average Quality scores per supplier, plant, BU, and globally Monthly average Combined scores per supplier, plant, BU, and globally. Monthly total Claims per plant Top 10 suppliers’ names and scores Bottom 10 suppliers’ names and scores © Camso 2019 :60
