1 Solving the energy crisis!
The United States government is having tense relations with many countries that provide us with fossil fuels. With this uncertainty in our fuel supply, the government has commissioned a sub-committee on picking certain states in the Union to test various renewable energy sources. North Carolina has been picked as one of these test states. Your job/task is to go in front of the government sub-committee and explain to them some of the renewable energy options that the country has and where/how these sources could work (possibly using examples around/in the state of North Carolina). Based On how well your report/information/presentation goes, the sub-committee could agree with your findings and move ahead with your program or disagree with your findings and stay with the current situation (and possibly risk the shut-down of the United States). With that in mind (no pressure), good luck!
