2. Action Pack Coupon books
If you’re keeping the sample booklet:
Payment & Orders are due this Wednesday & Thursday in the tunnel at lunch.
If you’re NOT keeping the sample booklet.
Undamaged/unused booklets will also be collected this Wednesday & Thursday.
Assigned sample booklets that are not returned by May 2nd will be charged $25 to that student school account.

3. Safe Grad Designated Driver (DD) Forms return forms at Grad Breakfast (May 24th)
If you plan on attending the MMC 2019 Grad Dinner, Dance & Safe Grad Party, you must complete the GRADUATE DD Forms (blue).
If you’re planning on bringing a guest to your Grad Dinner, Dance & Safe Grad Party, you must have them complete the GUEST DD Forms (gold).
Your Guest’s Character Reference Forms must be Approved BEFORE purchase of their ticket.
All forms must be signed by a parent/guardian regardless if you are 18+ or your guest is 18+.

4. Applications for speeches Grad Dinner & Dance
There are a few speeches at the Grad dinner & Dance. If you’re interested in writing and presenting a toast to either your fellow graduates or to your teachers please pick up an application today.

Extras are on the round table in the office.
Forms are to be submitted to Ms. Santos by May 6th.

5. Grad Breakfast Friday, June 24th at Rossemere country club
Tickets are on sale May 13th-17th in the tunnel at lunch.
$20 ticket includes Hot Breakfast Buffet :
Parent (if under 18) must provide consent, via Permission Click, BEFORE the purchase of a ticket.

6. Cap & Gown meeting and pick-up
Outstanding Fees
All outstanding fees must be paid to the office BEFORE purchasing Grad Dinner, Dance & Safe Grad Party Tickets. Grad Tickets ($90/ticket) go on sale June 17th - 20th.
You must attend a meeting and pick up YOUR Cap & Gown on Thursday, June 20th at 1:30pm in the Theatre.

7. Pictures in the park Leo mol Sculpture Garden – Assiniboine Park conservancy
Graduates from MMC and their family and friends are invited to gather and take pictures in the beautiful Leo Mol Sculpture Garden from 3-5pm on Friday June 28th before the Grad Dinner & Dance.
This is not a planned school event! No teacher supervisors will be on site.
Photographers are not provided.
Smoking is prohibited in the Leo Mol Garden.

8. Grad Dinner & Dance – June 28th Canad Inns Polo Park
Doors open 5pm – Dinner served 7pm.
Speeches 8pm.
Dance 9pm.
Safe Grad – June 28th TYC - Canad Inns Polo Park
Doors open at 11:30 pm.
Bar closes at 3:00 am.
