5 How to assign licences to students
After pressing OPEN (see previous slide you will see a page like the one at the top of this slide. Click into LICENCES All the students who have registered will appear in GROUP MEMBERS on the right hand side screen (1) (Please note that this is an example only on the slide). Now click on all the names in the GROUP MEMBERS box on the right hand side. To allocate licences click the white square box called LICENSE BATCHES on the left (2). Once both left and right hand boxes are ticked click the ADD box in the centre (3). Click OK (4) This will allocate licenses to the students so that they can access the activity. Coordinators will need to revisit the GROUP MEMBERS regularly in order to allocate licences to them (especially where students arrive late to the module). When the licences are allocated you will see the word FULL. If you haven’t allocated a licence to a student you will see the word NONE. If you see the word NONE then simply go through the process outlined above to assign a licence to a student. Please be aware that once a licence has been allocated tutors still need to allocate activities to students so that the students can see them. If you have any queries please contact your Learning & Development Manager.
