2 Rod Burn-in DAQ Hardware Status
Have (as of now) Needs (late Sept.) Total Needs TSC -1 2 FEC (rod) 4 FED OEC (OFED) -2 (0) 4 (2) 24 (12) MUX Crates -3 MUX Boards -9 8 30 The list of what we have now includes our needs for single rod assembly test stands at both UCSB/FNAL. We will both need the DAQ equipment in order to burn-in 2 SS6 rods by late September, in order to commission the stands. Our total needs assumes 288 chips max. at each burn-in stand.

2 SYS 127 CAEN crates from storage Brought 2 A128 HS CAENET controllers to upgrade crate’s CAENET ($2060 each) Brought 2 A1303 ($1125 each) PCI HS CAENET control cards Use CAEN A132 and A332 HV boards Again from storage An old SYS 127 CAEN crate can be brought into compliance with LT software with $3185 and 9-13 week delivery time Old SYS 127 may be available from CERN prep Waiting for DELPHI LV supplies First 2 should arrive at US by late July Will be used to commission one rod burn-in system: HV and LV interlocks and controls, data acquisition and analysis, etc. Need a total of 6 LV PS by mid-November to be able to burn-in 2 rods per site (FNAL/UCSB)
