2. CCRS (Continuing Certification Requirements System)
A new online system launched in August makes it easier for PMI credential holders to manage their professional development units (PDUs) and professional development activities.
Developed and maintained by PMI, the new system supports the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program.
The new system provides lots of improvements and ease of use. At the same time, PMI has simplified the process and no longer require 1-2 PDU events to be pre-populated.
This session is to review on how to submit PDU claims for:
Category 3, 1-2 PDU events
Category 3, courses and/or workshops

Getting Started
Log-in to the CCR System via URL by using your registered PMI.org username and password.
Click Report Professional Development Units (PDUs) from the left navigation bar.

4. How to Claim 1-2 PDU Events?
Step 1 – Select the PDU Category
Select the PDU Category as “Cat 3: Registered Education Provider program/PMI Component Event”
Select the Activity Type as “Report a Component 1-2 PDU Event”.
Click Next to continue.

Step 2 – Component Search Criteria
Type the Component ID as “C099” or Component Name as “Melbourne” and click Search.
Step 3 – Search Results
Locate “PMI Melbourne, Australia Chapter” and click on C099 to proceed.

Type the activity description information into the following fields:

Select the Activity date from the calendar
Type the Activity title
Type the Activity meeting number
Type Contact person as “Events Director”

Select the PDU Category as “Cat 3: Registered Education Provider program/PMI Component Event”
Select the Activity Type as “Find an Activity (Course or Event)”.
