MUST include dialogue on every page in addition to written plot.
MUST include a picture or illustration RELEVANT TO STORY per page.
MUST be written in ACADEMIC LANGUAGE (correct grammar and syntax).

Deconstruct characters from the novel, identifying the characters archetype and making a citation connection to the novel.

7. Archetype Multimedia Presentation
Requirements:
MUST include a MINIMUM of 10 Characters from the novel.
MUST label each slide/page/etc. with accurate archetype.
MUST describe characteristics exhibited and explain why the character falls into the archetype category chosen.
MUST have RELEVANT DIRECT CITATION per character.
MUST have an effective and compelling DESIGN with PIC/VID for each.

18. ADDITIONAL CREDIT OFFERING- CULTURAL ARTIFACT
You may choose to complete this portion of the project in addition to your primary project. If you adequately prepare this portion, you will receive an additional 20% of credit applied to the test field for either this grade or, if you have achieved greatness in this endeavor, to be applied to previous tests completed in this course.

19. ADDITIONAL CREDIT OFFERING- CULTURAL ARTIFACT
Requirements:
Identify a cultural artifact from your own familial cultural heritage.
You must either bring the artifact to class or have a PRINTED picture of it.
Essay which addresses the following:
A detailed description of the artifact.
An explanation of the items origin.
How this item represents your family’s heritage.
Why this artifact is important to you/your family.
If you are not providing a printed picture of your cultural artifact, you must be prepared to donate the artifact to the classroom to receive credit!

21. Parent/Student Contract: Due March 15th
We understand that this project will be worth TWO TEST GRADES and will strongly impact the grade in this course. There is a limited time for the completion of this project and it is due March 29th AT THE BEGINNING OF CLASS PERIODS.
Should you experience any issues completing the project, please contact Mr. Pino ASAP. Last minute extensions and exceptions will not be given to students who have not advocated for themselves.
Students who do not have access to technology at home may choose a project option which does not require them to have access to technology.
Any questions on or adjustments which need to be made to the expectations of this project must be approved before this sign off sheet is due.
