First, Login to NTREIS Transactions
You will be on your home page. Click on the property or file of the participant whom you wish to send a message.

3. Sending/Viewing a Message…
This is your summary page for this file. At the top of the file information click on the word “Messages”

4. Send a Message
To create a message click on Send New Message

5. Viewing a Message…
To view a message click on the underlined message subject
You may choose to reply to Sender or Send New Message

6. Send A Message
First, highlight the participant(s) you would like to receive the message
Next, click the “Add” button.
Next complete the subject and message

If you would like to send this message to the participant’s address as well, be sure to checkmark the “ this message to recipients as well.”
Finally click the “Send” button.
