Building capacity QI awareness 77 sessions 3579 staff Foundation training 160 staff Facilitator (inc QIAC) 179 graduated [49 in training] Mentor training 12 graduated [11 in training] Engagement 283 projects on LIFE [24 in the last month] 462 users on LIFE [19 in the last month] 206 people attending QI clinic [Average 5 per clinic] Number of making a difference awards 6 Quality of training – Facilitators course Cohort 7 – Post measures 43% have lots of knowledge & experience in QI 77% feel positive about working at NELFT 82% feel able to influence change at work 82% say their team works well together.
