15. “In the beginning I felt that there was little that I needed to consider. But this section has allowed me to begin to think differently and see things from others perspectives.”

16. “I am more aware of how my behaviour in the past could have affected others. Such as how my drive to get things done may have offended team members in the past by coming across as blunt and harsh. It may have appeared that I am not open to the opinion of others. I have learned I need to step back and take into account views from all other people involved before embarking on any actions.”
