Commitment to the program happens a year prior to the actual event, preplanning meetings and T- shirt ordering begins approximately 5-6 months prior to event
Dates: (MAY 16-25, 2017)

3. Planning the Event
- PTA participates in planning meetings with HES Administration and acts as POC for Boosterthon staff
handles ordering of volunteer shirts and raising funds for and ordering students custom shirts
handles obtaining and organizing volunteers for day of the run to distribute water and help mark T-shirts (15 people) and to count the money for 2 mornings after the event (6- 8 people)
