4 Warm-up: How did the exposure of the negative aspects of society in the Medieval era from descriptions in the General Prologue enhance your understanding of TCT?

5 Senior Boards Make sure you have your time/location
Show up in business formal attire Girls- appropriate dresses/pants and close-toed shoes Guys- Button down, tie, dress shoes Make sure to introduce yourself to the judges and hand them your letter. Shake each judge’s hand and make eye contact. Breathe (numerous times if necessary!)

7 Prologue – Translation and analysis
Find the assignment in Canvas labeled Characterization chart. Work with a partner to analyze the information about each character. Add a visual representation of each character. Be sure to each submit a copy.

8 Peer Edit Part Deux

9 Get into groups of 3 Each of you will download the scoring rubric from Canvas. Figure out who will go first in your group and recite your speech. The other two people will score you. When finished switch roles until all of you have given your speech.

10 Help out your classmates – Get into Groups of 3
You are going to edit two of your classmates’ speeches. You must fill out the same rubric the judges will use. After you have their score write a one paragraph justification where you give constructive feedback. Include positive aspects of their speech and negative aspects Include how you would change it (Don’t offer a problem without a solution) Share the document with the person and submit online.
