9. Example of an “A” post Hi Class! Hi Class! After reading our text book this week I learned so much about learning theories and how they can be applied to our daily classroom activities. I am so excited that I now can relate Bandura’s social learning theory to my own classroom and students. Bandura states that children learn by watching others. For example, when my students are playing in the “dress up” area they are really great at “making dinner.” I realize now that they learned how to “make dinner” by watching dinner time at home. One of my little girls set up the table and called out to the other kids, “sit down it is dinner time.” She then proceeded to hand out drinks and serve the food. So cute to watch!
